We prefer to keep learning, continue challenging ourself, and do interesting things that matter. Skills can be taught, but the values can't be inherited.

Then we cast a vision for the project that everyone can get behind. Defining the project scope, and timeline of project.
Then we break down the big picture objectives of project into individual goals and tasks, prioritize tasks according to importance and dependencies.
